User agreement
Terms governing accounts, cashback activation, rewards and payouts.
Effective date: 12 August 2026
These terms govern access to and use of CASHBACK PRO. Registered operator details are displayed only to CIS-region users.
Creating an account or continuing to use an account after accepting these terms forms an agreement between the user and the Operator. Consent to personal data processing is requested separately.
1. Service
CASHBACK PRO provides a store and product catalog, promo codes, partner redirects, browser extensions, mobile applications, a Telegram bot and an account for tracking eligible cashback.
The Operator is not the seller, delivery service or payment acquirer for merchant purchases. The merchant's terms govern price, product quality, delivery, cancellation, returns and warranties.
2. Account and eligibility
The service is intended for users aged 18 or older who can enter a binding agreement. The user must provide accurate data, keep credentials confidential and promptly report unauthorized access.
One person may not create accounts to manipulate bonuses, referrals or attribution. The account may not be sold or transferred without the Operator's written approval.
3. Cashback activation
Before checkout, the user must open the merchant through CASHBACK PRO or activate cashback in the extension and complete the order within the merchant's attribution conditions.
Other cashback services, ad links, coupon extensions, changed devices, disabled technical cookies, cancelled or returned orders and excluded product categories can prevent or reduce a reward. Merchant-specific terms shown before the redirect form part of the rules for that activation.
4. Rewards and payouts
A pending amount is informational until the affiliate network and merchant confirm the order. Confirmation timing and rejection reasons are controlled by the merchant and network.
Only confirmed available cashback may be requested for payout. The account displays the applicable minimum, currency and rate before submission. The amount may be reserved during review and returned to the balance if the request is declined or the provider reports a final failure.
The Operator may request reasonable order evidence or identity and payout verification where necessary to prevent fraud or comply with law.
5. User conduct
Users must not automate clicks or registrations, misrepresent orders, interfere with the service, use stolen payment data, publish unlawful content, bypass technical restrictions or exploit pricing, referral or reward errors.
The Operator may temporarily restrict an account while investigating suspected abuse and may cancel rewards obtained through fraud or a material violation, with the reason recorded where legally required.
6. Availability and liability
The service is provided on an as-available basis. The Operator maintains reasonable availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation of third-party merchants, networks, sign-in providers, browsers or payment systems.
Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer or data-protection rights. To the extent permitted by law, the Operator is responsible only for direct documented loss caused by its breach and is not responsible for a merchant's goods or decisions.
7. Intellectual property
The CASHBACK PRO name, software, interface and original materials are protected. Product names and merchant marks belong to their respective owners and are used to identify offers. Users may use the service only for personal lawful shopping unless separately agreed.
8. Changes, termination and disputes
The Operator may update these terms for legal, security or functional reasons. Material changes take effect after publication with a new effective date and, where required, renewed acceptance.
The user may stop using the service and delete the account. The Operator may terminate the agreement for a material violation after taking account of mandatory law and outstanding confirmed obligations.
Send claims to support@cashbackpro.online. The parties first attempt to resolve the matter through a written claim. Russian law applies where its mandatory rules govern the relationship.
