Consent to personal data processing

1. Data

The consent covers email, name, phone, city and country where supplied; account and authentication identifiers; selected sign-in provider; payout account identifier; support requests; partner click, order, reward and payout records; IP address, device, browser, session, security, cookie and traffic-source data.

2. Purposes

The purposes are account registration and authentication; providing and protecting the service; recording partner redirects and cashback; displaying and paying rewards; communicating about account, orders and support; preventing fraud; and complying with mandatory legal duties.

Analytics is not included in this registration consent and is controlled separately through Cookie settings. Marketing messages require a separate lawful basis or separate opt-in and are not authorized by this checkbox.

3. Operations and processors

The authorized operations are collection, recording, organization, accumulation, storage, clarification, retrieval, use, transmission to a processor, depersonalization, blocking, deletion and destruction by automated and non-automated means.

For the stated purposes, necessary data may be processed by hosting and security providers, the sign-in provider selected by me, affiliate networks and merchants, the payout provider selected by me, and public authorities where required by law.

4. Term and withdrawal

The consent remains valid while my account is active and until the purposes end, unless I withdraw it earlier. Records may continue to be processed when another lawful basis or mandatory retention rule applies.

I may withdraw consent by emailing support@cashbackpro.online from my account address or by using the account-deletion function. The Operator will stop consent-based processing and delete or block data within the period required by law, unless continued processing is legally permitted.
